Websites and web applications

More enquiries. Less manual work.

A good website or web application is not a business card, it is a working tool: data updates itself, and enquiries all land in one place. Atomas builds custom websites and web applications with their own management system and integrations, so nothing has to be typed in twice.

Data comes straight from the system you already use — no re-entering it by hand. Text, photos and listings can be changed in-house, without calling a developer. And someone on a phone finds what they came for in seconds.

Services

Four things I do every day.

Websites and landing pages

From the first sketch to launch. Structure, copy placement and speed are arranged so that within seconds it is clear what is on offer and what to do next.

  • Custom design, not a template
  • Opens fast on a phone too
  • Set up to be found on Google

Web applications

Customer portals, internal tools, dashboards, search and filters. The things that have to work every day, not just look good in a demo.

  • Forms that do not lose what people typed
  • Clear messages when something goes wrong
  • Comfortable to use daily, not just the first time

Management system and integrations

An admin area built into the site or app, with data connected to the systems already in use — so nothing has to be moved across by hand.

  • Text and content edited without a developer
  • Data refreshes automatically
  • Several systems joined into one place

Fixing an existing website

For a site that already exists but is slow or cannot be found. The bottleneck gets located and fixed — without a rebuild from scratch, if one is not genuinely needed.

  • A straight answer on what is wrong
  • Speed and the mobile version sorted
  • A concrete plan, in priority order

How the work runs

Five steps from the first conversation to handing over the keys. No surprises and no "we will see later".

  1. Conversation

We work out what the site is for and what is expected of it. Free.

  2. Design

I show you how it will look. We adjust until it fits — before any code.

  3. Staging version

A working site on a private link. Click it, test it, comment on it.

  4. Launch

Moved to the real address, with Google and tracking set up.

  5. Handover

All files are handed to you. I show you how to run it yourself.

Work

The most recent work — real estate websites with their own management systems. Both can be opened and looked around.

Speed you can verify

Speed is usually just promised. These are real numbers from the sites above, with a link so anyone can measure them again.

Measured on a desktop with a good connection, so on a phone with weaker signal the numbers will be higher. The links go to Google PageSpeed Insights — re-measure any time.

Why some websites are heavy and others are not

A site is usually assembled from a pile of ready-made add-ons. Each one brings its own code, styles and images — even when only a fraction of it is ever used. I assemble only what the page actually needs.

Measured on desktop in September 2026. The agencies are deliberately unnamed — these are real Lithuanian real estate websites, and anyone can measure them again.

Calculated on a weak mobile connection — the kind you get in a lift, a basement, or driving through a forest.

How many things need constant updating

On a conventional site every add-on is a separate thing to update, and a separate way in. With two or three dozen of them, that is as many chances for something to break after a routine update. My sites have no add-on layer at all — only the foundation needs maintaining.

When a ready-made system is the better choice

If you need a blog with several hundred articles, several authors and a modest budget, a ready-made system will be cheaper and faster to launch. In that case I will say so, rather than sell you something you do not need.

But I want to edit it myself

And you will. Text, photos, listings and SEO are all changed in your own management system — without a developer and without a monthly fee to me.

Try it yourself

This is the management system a client gets. Change something on the left and watch what happens to the site on the right.

Comparison

How this differs from working with an agency.

  1. Who you talk to

At an agencyA manager who relays messages to the team
With meDirectly with the person building the site
  2. Design and build

At an agencyOne person draws it, another builds it — details go missing in between
With meThe same person draws and builds, so nothing goes missing
  3. When you see something real

At an agencyQueues, phases, approvals — weeks before anything is tangible
With meA first working version within days
  4. Speed and visibility

At an agencyOften deferred to a "later phase" or sold separately
    With meIncluded from day one
  5. Who ends up owning the site

At an agencyIt lives in the agency system, or behind a monthly fee
With meAll of it is handed over — no keys left in anyone else’s hands
  6. What you pay for

At an agencyThe work, plus management, office and status meetings
With meThe work you can see on screen
  7. What happens after launch

At an agencyA new request means a new queue
With meA message gets an answer

Agencies are not bad — they are simply more expensive and slower. If what you need is a large team, several services under one roof and formal process, an agency is the better choice.

FAQ

The questions that come up most often.

A fast, clear website produces more enquiries from the same number of visitors. All of the work happens in one pair of hands, so there is no second team to coordinate and no hours billed for two of them explaining things to each other. What is left is a page Google can find and a person reads without effort.

Let’s talk about the project

A few sentences about what needs building and by when is enough. An answer comes within one business day — with a concrete proposal, a timeline and a price.

Currently taking on 1–2 new projects a month.
